Return and Exchange Policy:
EXTENDED RETURN/EXCHANGE PERIOD DURING THE HOLIDAYS:
Orders placed between November 1 and December 25 annually are eligible for returns or exchanges until January 31 of the following year.
In our commitment to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your Lion Threadz shopping experience, we proudly offer FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES for domestic orders. We recognize the challenges of online shopping, where trying on sizes or seeing exact colors isn't always possible. Hence, we guarantee worry-free shopping by providing complimentary pre-paid return labels for any items you wish to return or exchange. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging, and requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Please email us at help@lionthreadz.com with your order number to initiate a return or exchange, and we'll promptly send you a prepaid return label along with instructions.
Regrettably, we are unable to facilitate exchanges or returns for orders shipped outside of the United States.
Please note that we do not assume responsibility for misdirected, lost, or damaged return or exchange shipments. Use the provided pre-paid USPS label for returning shipments unless we specify otherwise.
Each order qualifies for ONE (1) complimentary return or exchange. Any additional requests will incur a $5 charge per additional shipping label provided.
Product Guarantee:
We are steadfast in our commitment to product quality and offer a guarantee to replace any defective items at zero additional cost to you. To facilitate this process, we require email notification within 7 days of product receipt, accompanied by a photo showcasing the defect. Once notified, we will collaborate with you personally to address the issue.
